As store design evolves, the focus is on creating spaces that remain relevant and engaging to consumers. Located in a historic Taiwanese neighborhood, the store features a lantern-inspired concept and motif designs for gift wrapping, incorporating local landmarks and traditional elements to deepen customer connection. I managed project timelines and vendor coordination, collaborating with APAC design, sales, and management teams to deliver a retail space that celebrates local culture while enhancing the brand experience.
