STORE DISTRIBUTION PLANNING

As store design evolves, the focus is on creating spaces that remain relevant and engaging to consumers. Located in a historic Taiwanese neighborhood, the store features a lantern-inspired concept and motif designs for gift wrapping, incorporating local landmarks and traditional elements to deepen customer connection. I managed project timelines and vendor coordination, collaborating with APAC design, sales, and management teams to deliver a retail space that celebrates local culture while enhancing the brand experience.

Inspired by the I WEAR MAC theme, the event featured an in-studio photography experience, highlighting the confidence and flawless finish guests enjoy in front of high-resolution cameras when wearing MAC Studio Fix Fluid Foundation.

The skywalk entrance was inspired by the airy, weightless feel of clouds, reflecting the product’s outstanding featherweight performance. The immersive design encouraged guests to capture and share their experience on social media, showcasing how the product empowers them with its light, effortless wear.
